This one doesn't need the same step as the old one to remove it. Just unsub and it will be removed. Just know that the file would still be on your PC whenever you sub again, making it easier to just be enabled again without downloading again.

This was made because of mouth posing. If I suggest rebuilding the caches, it will also remove them. The old version was designed just for that. This version is also good for that too, get GCFScope to open the file, and do the same step as the old version. Idk if caches building works with vpk addons, but that's how I do it.

I did though. I'm just saying rebuilding audio cache gets rid of the static/screeching from audio length mismatches :/

Well then, maybe suggest people rebuild their audio caches using "snd_rebuildaudiocache"? That way, no static.

Yes, but that means editing every audio manually. This is just for fun

If you add space with no sound at the end of the audio file, there will be no static.
