Sounds like a mod conflict. Also, keep in mind that some of the national spells can only be cast in the capital

I might be being daft, or it could be a mod conflict but ritual spells aren't showing up for me (I'm relatively new to this game and its mods). Ive researched a few levels in each magic and my casters should have the skills. I can provide more info if needed

As for cold preference, I'll decrease it to Cold 2.

Even if it's not a 100% original I'm really digging the vibe.

Seems to have a preference for cold 3, but no cold limit increase, so they max at cold 2 unless they take the father of winters/frost dragon and pay design points to eat popkill in winter. They should probably either prefer cold 2, or have a cold limit increase and the niefelheim style trait that reduces popkill from temp scales in forts.
