Legend! Im having a blast with my White Scars runs. Most of the time get wiped by psilois with melta guns, or Chaos Marine Terminators, but they are always good stories.

i was able to fix it by devtooling xenotype to "space marines" not sure if that is the rimdark xenotype or mim, but that seems to fix it for anyone else running into that issue.

Im struggling to get ideo roles with White Scars to work corrrectly. Once i get to 5 pawns and the chapter roles activate, I am unable to assign the roles because it says they must be a space marine xenotype. I force the genes but it still won't work. Im also using Rimdark and aware of gene issues between mim and rimdark. Is there a workaround to make the roles work?

@Summer Leader role and Moralist role cannot be override - that's how does original Ideology works without any additional coding. Since it caused bunch of problems at my local testing, I currently have no plan to deactivate vanilla roles.

@야루크 @tarrand54 @Goldeathorus Okay, finally I fixed the error - seems like it came from Emperor's Children sub faction mod's end. Please update that mod to solve the broken Ideo UI Window issue.

@야루크 @tarrand54 @Goldeathorus It seems like there was some changes in Vanilla Extended Memes and Structures mod and it doesn't allow to have a corruption - essential precept if you didn't choose specific structure. I'll remove the dependency for the precept to fix your issue.

I'm having the same problem as the last two people; mousing over the emperor's children meme while their addon is installed causes that meme and every one listed thereafter to go blank, along with some other UI elements. Moving the mouse away causes this to stop, and the game doesn't appear to slow down when it happens, but it does make it impossible to see or select that meme.

You cant assign some of the wh40k themed roles from your ideology mod onto iron hands, says they must have any of the "space marine xenotypes".
Roles like Apothecary and Librarian for example but there are others aswell.

@Сая I've tried several times of world generation with my modset and VFE ideologies, but it didn't happen. I suppose there is other aspect that causes this issue - would you possibly share either your log or at least your mod list?

Dont know why, but this mod somehow make "could not find player faction" on world generation occur. I think its not so compatible with VFE ideology mods. But i am to lazy to pinpoint with what mod its not work with my 24mins load :)

@Uriel Septim VII there's no specific servitor body - i don't think it's important in Rimworld game play. You can give them any apparel as you want. The only exception is mechanoid servitor which you can create from the Biotech mechanoid bench.

@Uriel Septim VII Servitor helmets were added when the servitor added. Technically, it's not auxilia helmet, but for the servitors. I think it was even earlier than the chaos cult.
