how are you supposed to level up your tech level for the UNSC? im stuck at 1 and every time i try to do something it just shows the C3po and R2d2 "use us to level up"

quite a nice mod, but i have noticed an issue in galactic conquest. when you advance your tech level as the covenant from one to two, you loose the ability to extract artifacts, locking you in T2.

I do not have access to the groud production section of the UI in the Insurection campaign. Is that normal? The orange button is grayed out.

Is the game supposed to crash whenever you try to load into a battle in Galactic Conquest? Whether its intentional or not, I'm very excited to see this mods future till the end.
