As I mentioned in the falling stars effect. These effects will be the death of me with a name like mine lol.

To the people wh say it should go around the head, you can just adjust the unusual to fit around it manually, or vice versa (stock is in the middle and adjust it up).

I'd make it a black background if I could, but black = the transparent color :/

maybe a little less blue glow, or make it darker. It looks too bright. otherwise, really nice effect.

Makes sense actually. Again, really nice effect.

I made it big on purpose so the "Cloudy Moon" effect could slip right in.

I like the idea, and the youtube vid is funny, but I think it be an "In head" effect. That or make the cloud a little smaller.
