it is indeed the env_cubemap. that's why i reduced the $envmaptint

Yeah i saw some complaints about magnum is way too shiny in dark areas. But i think it's not vtf or vmt files, it just env_cubemap in maps are not perfect.

no, i didn't edit the textures at all. I edited the vmt and reduced the $envmaptint and $phongboost
