It should, as long as the campaign doesn't use a different charger model already.

Absolutely fantastic collection! Could you combine all 3 infected onto one single addon, to resolve all the conflicting files with each other? And also for convinience

Can't you make it random ? Like how there is another mode that combines both L4D 1 and 2 specials ? And spawns them at random ?
