Hi. Recently, while sitting and looking at my desktop, I came up with an idea—why not add rain and lightning to the background? It could be a separate option in the customization menu, allowing users to turn it on or off (or set it to periodic weather changes). I think this would make the already amazing wallpapers even more stunning.

The media integration cover is provided by the player. If the cover provided by the player has a low resolution, the cover displayed in the wallpaper will be blurred

This could be due to a corrupted downloaded file or an improperly working video card driver.
You can try first to unsubscribe and wait for the file to be deleted, then re-subscribe to the wallpaper.
If re-subscribing doesn't work, please check your graphics card driver.

You can enable "Time Filter" in the user properties to switch the time. By default it will synchronize the real time

any possible way to get rid of the bar is where the clock is cause i dont need the clock and now there is just a white bar when there is a song on its perfect oh and maybe 1 more thing if there is any possible way to remove the character?

Since real-time weather information is not accessible, it is difficult to switch wallpaper weather automatically, so this feature was not created.
I've been pretty busy recently. If I have time in the future, I'll consider letting users switch it manually.

By any chance, where can I set the weather?

Media covers are provided by the media player you are using. If the player reports poor covers to Windows, the quality of the covers shown in the wallpaper will also be affected.

I'm really enjoying using it as a desktop wallpaper.
