If this gets an update for 1.0, I might suggest making them a little weaker. As far as I can tell, this is just the electrified mod for free, and automatic electric damage on hit on such a common weapon is a tad strong.
I would suggest:
- Only 1 electric damage, which might be done by lowering the tier.
- Making the base damage get a +1 when powered, so the damage respects AV.
