thx
@awoozy. Its good the game behaved for you! im glad you enjoyed it!
@synsomniack. yeah i couldnt get that to work smoothly as the trigger point tries to make the skull invisible while in the inventory so walking out of the trigger point drops the skull but as long as you dont walk back into the trigger and its in your inventory when you turn the light back on then it should work fine. but i can see that being more of an issue in MP with two people moving around the room
Thankfully I didn't have any glitches that other people have described.
Nice work!
Only issue is with multiplayer on the candle room, it doesn't seem to count down.
Solved by getting the answer from that room and restarting, then not entering that room and using the solution from our first time around.
Thanks @Trururu for a fun little room :)
Every time that number puzzle issue comes up i look at it again and remain confused as to how it could go wrong. and yet it does.
I was thinking of putting together a multiplayer level but all these bugs exclusively in multiplayer have put a stop to that whole idea.
We stopped playing the map after we somehow teleported into the fire room again, because we could'nt get out of there anymore.
The help was not helpful for us, because there were things mentioned which we never saw. Possibly because of the random teleports.
So the help menu just told us about all the stuff we missed
This hint issue shouldnt happen as the only trigger points are when you leave the corner and the very end, Ive changed it to have no trigger points but im not sure why it was happening.
And the red room one i dont understand either. on the desk is a square where youre supposed to place the deck so im not sure why it doesnt show up for you. but thank you for the feedback ill change a few things
Clues: As people have said, the clues seem to skip right to the end once you've done the TV, maybe just put them all in without any trigger
Red Room: Took me a solid 10 minutes to place the deck, not a bug exactly, but I kind of guessed what you wanted early, just couldn't find the spot, maybe put some way to highlight where the deck goes?
No criticisms though, thoroughly enjoyed it and can't wait to see what else you do!
Little confused with the red room - I got there by accident without really understanding the game and I looked at the walkthrough to point me in the right direction with the circled A, circled numbers but this seems obvious in hindsight. No bugs for me but everything else made sense so I only did the expected actions.
I got the key from completing the TV puzzles, then the key from the combination in the main room. I then played the gun game/puzzle and "won" that. When I returned to the main room, I did not find a 3rd key. I found the note next to the revolver, but no key.
