Ah, now I see what happened. Due the code using the +1 Range Promotion that also able to get assigned by regular promotions. So when upgrading the unit to the Attawp and the Forest effect triggers it falsely takes away the promotion. So its an unintended inconvenience, that will be fixed in the future by turning the Attawp promotion into a new coded one.

When making the civ I thought the XP a possible Bowunit has wouldnt be that advanced to reach the regular +1 Range promotion, which has been proven wrong.

Thanks for the answer. Before I got the Attawp I had some crossbows with the range promotion already. When I upgraded to the Attawp they lost range when I moved them. The only mod used in this game were your mod.

(I first observed this in a game with several mods including the New Promotions pack (v 14) and DLL - Various Mod Components (v 96). In that game a scout upgraded to an archer kept its range promotion, the other lost it when they were moved.)

You mean generally other promotions or the unique assigned? This would be bound to the forest tile.

I really enjoyed this civ. Thanks! Only problem is that the Attawp loses any range promotions that had when they move.

Hey Orang! @Orang Could you make more 2 mods of brazil as civ in the old republic period aka republic milk with coffe period with these 2 leaders Venceslau Brás and Washington Luiz can you make please? btw i loved ones of your brazil mods, i think these 2 should be the last Brazil Mods u should make it. (i'm asking bc i find this period of Brazil very underrated and unkown for many.)
