you should add curses as NPCs and add a geto swep to utilise them. would be sick to just bombard someone with really weak curses.

This may be unrelated to this swep, but can you please increase the aoe of Sukuna's Vessel : Dismantle. Bcuz like in the anime, it might be cooler if the radius of it's area of effect is bigger.
