Go to the game directory -> plugins and delete "GeeEm-NoScreenTearing" folder because the mod launcher sometimes fails to remove the mod properly

Yeah, unfortunately the whole gameplay stuff is tied to the game frame rate, so when I force Unity vsync with this mod it sets the framerate to whatever your monitor's frame rate and it ends up speeding up the game. Setting the mod option to 2 will set it to half of your monitor framerate, and it's still too fast you can set it to 3 to make it run on quarter of your monitor's framerate. Unity also has a separate frame rate capping method, but it's not reliable and it still tears the screen.

And for reference regarding uninstalling, the current mod launcher has a bug where unsubscribing might not remove the mod files (it says that "[Unknown Mod] " will be removed, but nothing is deleted), so make sure to remove the mod folder (GeeEm-NoScreenTearing) from game directory -> BepInEx -> plugins. This bug should be fixed in the next game update :)

i did that, even tried to hard cap the game at 30fps with the amd software. nothing worked so i had to manually delete every single mod from my game files, reinstalled everything besides this one, and the game works flawlessly again. ik it's hard to code stuff, i even have some of your other stuff in there (love them btw), but this one just seems to not work for some reason

As I told in the description, if the game speed is increased, go into mod settings and change vsync from 1 to 2

For me when I unsubscribe it always go back to normal. When you unsubscribe, does the mod stay installed? Can you still find it in game Options -> Mods?
withknedla2024 25 Mar, 2024 @ 11:00am
ok thanks so much but it doesnt work for me
GamingMaster  [author] 24 Mar, 2024 @ 1:47pm
Is your game speed still set to "Smooth"? In thay case setting it back to "100%" might work. If it doesn't, unfortunately this mod will not work for you. To uninstall click Unsubscribe and then in the mod launcher on the right side make sure it's not checked

its running a litle too slow now
GamingMaster  [author] 24 Mar, 2024 @ 12:49pm
And it's still too fast? Set it to 3 instead.

GamingMaster  [author] 24 Mar, 2024 @ 2:34am

GamingMaster  [author] 23 Mar, 2024 @ 1:06am

withknedla2024 23 Mar, 2024 @ 12:59am
my game runs too fast and unsubscribing from the mod does not help pls help
GamingMaster  [author] 26 Feb, 2024 @ 12:22pm
I updated the mod, if the game runs too fast try going to the mod options and select vsync level 2 to slow it down
GamingMaster  [author] 25 Feb, 2024 @ 10:43pm
Damn, I will have to check if there's a way to prevent that
BIG_TEEHEE 25 Feb, 2024 @ 5:43pm
