I really liked this voice out of the other voices because it exhibits a certain that others don't have where US is this tough & proud gruff tone, Russia with it's sheer determination, Germany's sense of urgency & the French's goofynes, Italy exhibits the joyful & cheery tone in the voicelines which i personally like

it is only player voices and I have no clue how to make them team voices I am new to the player voice modding myself

Do you think you could make the voices only be spoken by Eagle or Raven? I don't know if I understand myself
