My work isn't apart of the public domain, this game also isn't a part of the public domain. I'm not preventing people from playing with the creation, im not limiting them in any way, I'm just reminding people that it is against the terms of service on the Steam Workshop to repost creations and it is considered digital theft.

However trying to gatekeep your work on a public domain ant gunna work out too well cuz most will just be like "ok this guys one of those people let's find something else" and at that point noone gunna wanna try out your microcontrollers since they fear that if they use it in a build there gunna get reported like at that point why even go thru the trouble of making one if your gunna gatekeep it?

It's still stolen work, plus, there have been occasions where stolen content becomes way popular than the original, take for instance the Faithful resource pack on Minecraft, ever heard of it? It was stolen from the original creator and afterwards got millions of downloads, they had to pay quite a sum of money to be able to keep making the resource pack.

Have you seen before the 3rd page of the workshop before? Sometimes even closer to the front. I'd push to say 30% of the workshop are reuploads.
