I think it would fit well if you use the mw2019's m4a1's reload sounds, just saying

Great mod! One thing I would say however, the handling sounds are a little too quiet (for example, the 'mag insert' sound is barely noticeable)

Since I said I planned to make a lot of them including what you asked, so it prolly will happen but now my time has come as I get busy irl, so prolly won't do anything until next 2 weeks, but I'll still make something when I'm bored
