I hope you don't mind that I decided to fix things and craft a high-quality coop experience based on the official version of Station. I uploaded it here:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1989129424
I'm posting this so that the server hosts could enjoy Station Checkpoint in 2020. Thank you very much for providing the original map on the contest, I'm sure I speak for a lot of people when I say it's one of my favorites in the game.
What I removed from the subscribed_file_ids file was the map number(317112080)
I had station_ws in the appropriate mapcycle files.
Also, after the May 4th 64 bit update most, if not all maps ending with _ws caused everyone on the server to receive a memory error and crash to desktop so I had to remove a few of them. This was the only one that prevented the server from starting but the memory error still persists on the remaining maps on the server, at least the last time I was on one.
I installed this to my server last year but the server would not start until I removed the map from the subscribed_file_ids file.
I'd like to try again if it's now running checkpoint on other servers.
Map looks great, but possible to you to convert it to be compatible with the new Workshop format (Workshop\content\222880\ur_map_ID/maps/bsp + txt +nav.) instead of "legacy" bin format ?
On server side, there's less trouble to have only one maps directory to manage custom maps (tested with both new and old Workshop maps locations, and server doesn't load all custom maps from the subscribed_files_IDs.txt when merged on launch).
P.S : I copy-paste this message about other legacy maps on the Workshop, sorry by advance for multiple sames.
We've been running it on our server since you fixed the gfx glitch and all is looking good.
Haven't tried it since NWI updated Insurgency though - but can't see why that shuld affect the map.
So thank you for an excellent map.
Sorry I can't help better than that, but nothing looks wrong on my end.
Btw, the new filename is "station_ws" in case that was the problem. Apparently it doesn't get rid of the old file when I update with a new one.
Have been dying to (re)play this map in coop on our custom map server :) so a big thank you to you, Jakuza for all your hard work.
Thanks a lot for helping me out.

Thanks for telling me. Do you mind linking a screenshot? I think I might know what happened but I'd like to make sure.
NWI changed the map a bit for the official version, I guess they must've removed checkpoint mode. I'll see if I can change the name of the workshop version so the two don't conflict.
