Potentially I did enable some of the in-game effects that can be found in the Q menu!
it looks brighter
This addon was created with no other addons installed, this all exists in Garry's Mod!
You can customize the color exactly as you wish, just read the description to learn how!
A truly evil prank!
Sure thing, will add when I can!
but until then, I wish you have a happy learning!
Whenever I learn more about Garry's Mod addon development, I will likely go through my older addons and add features such as that.
My best guess is that maybe the middle position is always set as if the player is crouched.
It is placed where the middle of the characters position is set, the reason it isn't the weapon's position is to prevent issues if the weapon happens to not have a proper position.
Sorry, but I don't fix issues that are because of how other addons work, my addon uses the proper functions for it's task, if another addon doesn't correctly work with my addon then it may be due to it's usage of functions or hooks.
No problem!
Great idea!
However, I am not yet sure how to create addons for Half Life 2... But, once I learn, I'll surely make all the addons for that game too!
This is possible to do, but nearly impossible to make it work for any weapon, as weapon addons are always slitghly different from each other, so I can't make an addon like that, sorry.
Like its pretty laggy when you fire from a M249 that emits light every time it shoots.
Well, good news!
In the description of the addon, you can find ConVars which can be used to fully customize the color of the light!
I don't currently know about any conflicting addons, it is coded to work for almost anything, maybe see if the Enabled-ConVar for the addon is set to 1? You can read more about the ConVar(s) in the description. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
This will for sure be a feature once I learn how to make it, many people have requested it, hopefully I can add it eventually! :)
In all honesty I am not skilled enough to do that, however once I learn more about modding I'll likely update all my light addons.
There are ConVar's you can use in Console to change the color, they can be found in the addon description, simply mix the colors needed to create the yellow look you're wanting.
That is possible, but as it is right now, it is compatable with as many weapon addons as possible.
Well, it sure sounds like good news.
Glad it's working!
Testing the addon now, works fine for me.
I assume you might have an addon that replaces the regular gmod bullet system, or at least modifies it. That's my only guess, sadly. I wish you luck.
everything is ok whit the mod.
