I'll give you an example: now I've made a round balcony in a sketchup, but I couldn't make cutouts for windows in it, while in a blender it takes a couple of minutes
I still don't quite understand the exact scale of buildings, so I'm afraid I'll miss the size
for future work i recommend buildings that are sort of 'common' with the area. sometimes called 'filler' buildings although that doesnt do it justice. this allows users to use the assets a lot.
i also wonder what is the big building in the pictures? the across the alley from the parking lot?
