I've tested it just now and minerals show up perfectly fine with the mineral scanner on.
I've used a dugong and bought the mineral scanner upgrade and everything worked without issues.
So I assume it has to be another mod causing the issue which perhaps breaks when using this mod alongside it.
Potential error in StatusEffect (Navigation Terminal, Sonar). Target not defined, the effect might not work correctly. Use target="This" if you want the effect to target the entity it's defined in. Setting "This" as the target.
@kooll: The UI is on shuttle sonars unless you're using sonars from another mod.
Vanilla didn't have one for the longest time and it only became evident when the new "Target not defined" message was added :BaroDev:
So just activate the patch and leave the original in "disabled mods"
