The cache is a little file that needs to be rebuilt each time a new file gets changed of the game. You might want to check out my Rising Sun mod package, which find a some-what solution to all this ordeal and it comes with simple instructions how to install it (Does not replace game files, except for one file really, which has a backup copy already in the package) but not if you only want the Japanese voices

So what exactly does the sound cache include? Is it for izzasou's voices? Only replacements for the L4D2 survivors or for L4D1 survivors, too? And what about the NPCs?

Sorry if it's a dumb question, but I couldn't find any info in the description.

To make them appear exclusively on yama you would need another mod, some script files. I have taken down the project and i'm rebuilding it from scratch, i considered it to be too "convoluted" to have new survivors to play on a single campaign.

This is the old file, you would need to extract the files to get the modified audio.cache to replace the original inside "left 4 dead 2/left4dead2/sound" folder. If i remember correctly you also would need to download my "Japanese Styled Music" soundpack.

As you can see it's really convoluted and bothersome to install, that's why i'm rebuilding it in a way that would be simplier to do so. As for now i have extracted all the files from the "Left 4 Dead 2: Rising Sun" project and uploaded them separately : )

Hello , I've been trying to get the arcade characters to play in the Yama map but for some reason it didn't work, did I did something wrong?
