Lambda is a bit hard to see on the Sticky Launcher.

I needed this in the game, yesterday!

I think the lambda sticker cheapens and takes away from the war paint as a whole. I think an in-direct reference to Half-Life would be better for the game's art style. Exceptional work on the patterns and colour palette as well.

for when people inevitably say "erm half life occured 20 years after the final events of tf2!", black mesa was founded in the 1950s

yeah it would be nice if we can see the custom wear

nice reference to another valve game while still keeping it inline with how tf2's weapons look, only critiques are that the lambda logo's lines are a bit too thin and that you havent shown off the custom wear.
