I get the most weird fps drop. While paused and I have the Ships outliner selected, i drop to like 5-10fps, then i switch over to politics/structures and it's all fine. Government tab drop to only about 35fps. Any idea what's with the Ships outliner that makes fps drop so hard?

but if you can build the new ones, is there really an issue though?
or is the issue with a specific empire origin/civic etc that has no resources at game start?

So when i start a new game with a custom made empire instead of one of the premade ones, my homeworld has zero capacity for the basic vanilla districts (farming, minerals and energy) and replaces them with the new district overhaul. So i can build the new districts. But i dont get any actual starting districts, so there are no jobs for minerals, energy or food on the starting planet. So i have negativ mineral and food income and very low energy income at the game start.

Also running any other right on diffrent species basiclly make they "food starndard" not work anymore. Hivemind become unplayable after few years since i cannot assimilate, cannot safetly modify species and cannot change rights because i cannot meet requiments sadly

When i start the game with a custom empire all the standard districts on my homeworld get removed and replaced by slots for the district overhaul districts (so the districts for food, minerals and energy that is), but i dont get any actual starting districts, so i have no income for mineral, food or energy.
Seems to be the same for ai-empires. Oddly enough is not the case if i start with one of the premade-empires.

To say exact problem - After chosing Genetic Tradition i am no longer able to modify my species in proper way since after making template species will be in "assimilation" category

I've found another problem... Basiclly my hivemind empire became unable to evolve because everytime i modify template it set sub-species as assimilation target... I cannot make them full citizen

Creating empire lags is normal, the leader screen only occurred for me if you play without merging the collection, once merged I got no leader screen lag.

I tried it and... It lags in menu when creating my race, animated portraits lags entire leader screen too 3 fps.. Any fix for that?

@Kraken @Dostunuz Intended, real space system scale makes systems "feel" bigger, and ships in scaling slows down the ships, then the patch mods should reduce the weapon ranges to account for the bigger systems. Without it, it would probably just be instant engagements as soon as you enter a system with an enemy fleet. This way it shouldn't be instant and in theory be more "pretty"

@Tigercat Dynamic Difficulty mod exists if you wanna tweak numbers ingame, I just set high values as default to help the theme of the collection

I ran a memtest, we're solid on the RAM side (also have plenty of it). It seems to be just this pack. NOW, There is a caveat to my statement. I have added two mods: Galactic Wonder and Planetary Mega Engineering (or whatever the hell it is - front page of the workshop). I'll delete those two mods and see if that was the cause and report back.

No idea, only kinda freezing I experience is day 1-4 due to auto configs and generating additional things in the galaxy, works fine for from then (unless an event is generating something)

2300.03.02 it just freezes and never unfreezes. This has happened in several games, so It's something speciifc to that time

I'd thought the idea with real space was that the relative speed of ships in systems was preserved to be the same as not having the mods, but I guess it's specifically the ships in scaling mod that's changing that.

That would be real space ships in scaling/system scale making each system significantly bigger. Try moving a pop or few onto a colony should help with pop grwoth, that would be realistic logistic/species growth mod changing it.

ummm performance for me is kind of trash , monthly saves almost crashes and randomly stability is just ass , i used irony mod manager and did a basic merge
