I like the world and the lore, but the simplified map you really want a low number of nations (as mentioned in the mod description), or very familiar with the world to understand which nations will start where.
Probably needs a few more mountain passes/bridges for example the dwarf start location has 10 connections but every one of them requires mountain survival, buying into cold scales makes it almost impossible for most nations to siege your cap.
Khorne felt trapped until they could push dominion to freeze the rivers.
Wood Elves felt trapped and restricted to fighting either Dark Elves or Slaan.
I think there really needs to be a cave layer to give alternative access to islands.
But in saying that, all credit to Author. Was fun to play around, but I think I'll stick to Mortal Empires.
