But be sure to check the visiblity and scaling of the Playlist window, for sure

The second solution is scaling your wallpaper in settings, to 20-10%. Then just slide window back to the workspace and reset scaling of wallpaper to 100%

I installed just a few hours before my comment, do I need to reinstall just this wallpaper, or the whole application?

If you don't see a particular window, it may have gone off the screen, to fix it you need to reinstall the wallpaper engine (unfortunately, this is the only solution to this problem)

This wallpapers are saving not only windows position, but also their visiblity.
1: Check the scale of Paint section in your wallpaper settings (not a 0)
2: Turn on the paint section on control panel (that window with buttons)
3: Reset your wallpaper, if paint section is still not visible, report to me

It's perfect, the only thing I miss would be the possibility to "lock" the wallpaper so the windows don't move
