Note if anybody is playing Anbennar: this mod doesn't work with it. It completely fucks up the estates screen as well as the estates popups.

read the damn description, it says it works with 1.30, i hate how most people on steam don't know how mods work, sometimes there may be a warning stating that it is not updated to the latest version but that warning doesn't matter, just subscribe to it then load it up and click play regardless of the warning and then you'll know what i mean, because it still works fine
