How do you get it to work?

I was looking for flags in the workshop then when I clicked on this mod's page, the next song that started playing on my spotify was dixieland and it was in a playlist on shuffle mode.

Since you mentioned potential alt history flags, how about the flags of the Union and CSA from Southern Victory? To my knowledge, there'd be seven new flags, three for the Union and four for the CSA

For the Union:

1: A 22-star flag, which it may be assumed it adopted after the War of Secession.

2: A 23-star flag, presumably used briefly from 1916 to 1917

4: The flag of the Freedom Party, which was a version of the battle flag of the Army of Northern Virginia with red and blue swapping places and supposedly used from 1934 to 1944
