like the map, little late but if you fall down in stage 6 as a ct you got teleport to stage 7.

All of the Maps are split into Levels and they basicly get ore difficult. So you could say Level 1-5 are Tier 1 and the rest are Tier 2. Also there are some very nice Training maps on the Steam workshop.

CookieSlayer you need a weapon to give you a crosshair and arms. So for example the command "give weapon_knife" would get your crosshair back.
