The effect range of matchlock is 100m so set the range of all matchlock unit exclude hero and Heavy Gunner to 100m. Set the range of all bow unit exclude hero to 80m because it's range of yumi. Hero is more accurate than other so the range of matchlock hero to 120m and bow hero to 100m(they can shoot further). Heavy gunner use Heavier matchlock. So their range is 200m since they can shoot far away. Remove increased range and Rapid fire skill. Please change it like this for the realistic.

Change 12PDR Armstrong Breech Loading Rifles, 10PDR Parrott Rifles, QF 1PDR "Pom-Pom", Gatling guns, 6PDR Horse Field Guns, 12PDR Horse Howitzers, 12PDR Napoleon Gun-Howitzers, and Fort 24PDR Howitzer Battery to use cannon sight.
Change 4-Inch Mortars, and Wooden cannon to use Wooden cannon sight.
Please Change it like this for the realistic.

his mod is very unrealistic. The effect range of Pattern rifle is 600yard(549M).But,you set the range of all rifle to 300yard.Why?It is so short that it is unrealistic. So,You need to set the range of all line infantry and all carbine cavalry to 400yard(356M).the range of all elite infantry is 436.5yard(400M) because they are more accurate than line infantry, so they can shoot further.The range of Tosa Rifleman is 600yard(549M) and Sharpshooters and Yugekitai is 700yard(638M).Their are so accurate that they can shoot further than effective range.You may think it's unrealistic because it's out of effective range. But, their target is formation instead of single person so it's not. You also increase the accuracy of Rifle Skirmish infantry.Tosa Rifleman to 90,Sharpshooter and Yugekitai to 110.

This mod has a big problem with Artillery.It about sight of gun. In vanilla,their have two different sight. First sight is cannon sight. If the arty with this sight,You can shoot in any direction manually. Armstrong guns and Parrott guns use this sight.
Second sight is Wooden cannon sight. If the arty with this sight,You can shoot in any direction from the left to the right manually. In case of the up to the down, It does not change direction. Instead, It change the Muzzle velocity. Wooden cannon use this sight.
Third sight is Gatling guns sight. In case of arty with this sight,you can only shoot when you're aiming at the enemy or object in range(You can't shoot into the sky). If you experience this terrible sight,please remove it!!!!!!

Historically,Japanese line infantry don't use bayonet(remove bayonet from all line infantry). In reality,U.S Marine used Remington Rolling Block rifle,but the game doesn't have it so give Spencer rifle instead of Rolling Block(Because it looks Similar).Zero armor for all modern army since they don't have armor.Set to reloading time of all Muzzle loading rifle to 20second. Please change it like this for the realistic.

You said Levy infantry use m1777 but Levy doesn't use m1777(Total war shogun2 don't have Flintlock). Instead,they use Pattern 1853 Enfield rifled-musket(At least their texture of rifle is Pattern rifle). It's also right to use Pattern rifle in circumstances.

Keeps crashing the game, Projectile Mod on its own with FotS tactics don't so I guess I will stick with that. It's just too bad that there is no standalone mortar mods since Parrot and Armstrong can't hit enemy behind walls.

Noticed that the modded artillery doesn't fire at all and if you manually shoot it, there is no shell going out of the cannon.

24pdr fort battery is so powerful that it freeze my game lol.
I shoot 24pdr to something using first person mode and the game freeze 1 second after shell hit the ground. I need to force exit the game or restart my computer.
since it didn't crash so there's no log file generated

It just crashes for me after realm divide. I end my turn, my allies and enemies do their thing and I get booted out. I have no other mods turned on and it still happens.

Downloaded the mod and played a bit battles with it and I gotta say I really like this mod so far. One thing homever is the naval. Torpedoes are stupidly fast and the pompoms are also stupidly overpowered as I noticed they can melt ships from a very far distance with great accuracy. Apart form that I really enjoyed the mod and had no crash/bug issues with it :)

Sorry I mean the Range indicators, first battle I used the Parrot in I had to creep it up to get into range and I got hit with wooden cannons before before they would even attempt to fire.
(This was a siege battle as the Saga) The Parrots where entirely useless.

Also it's been awhile since I last played Shogun I noticed all the shells other than the naval bombardment seem to be some variety of air burst, no solid shell or HE.

I do really like the new Naval Fire seeing the scars in the terrain, but why is then no longer explosive?

This is a good mod, even in the vanilla campaign. My only gripe is that I think matchlock units should probably reload a little slower, but I like the ballistics. In FOTS it encourages a playstyle where you spread out your units more, which I like. Feels appropriate to the era, which is on the cusp of modern warfare.
