Unfortunately so, the patch on November 1st, 2018 disabled users from loading mods in competitive modes

It's a default infected ladder decal, that I slightly modified to look a bit more blocky, then changed the color using GIMP 2. The file name for this ladder and all infected ladders is, climb.vtf

This actually helps me a lot, because I'm colorblind and seeing the original infected ladders was impossible for me!
I was going to try to do this myself but couldn't find the texture file for it, so thanks a bunch for making this dude!
