I was able to get the script working. I copied/pasted the script in a bunch of different places, eventually it actually worked.

@super7700 I seem to still be getting the script issue: script not loading as it can't be found. Is it going to impact the game?

Nice to hear.

I was thinking, the script issue preventing bodyguard units from being deployed. The only mod I know of which impliments something similar, or identical really, is the 'Fierce War' mod.

Could the 'Namer IFV' simply be replaced with the corresponding unit-name for the applicable units, the government leaders if I recall? I've never modded the game before, or done scripting, so apologies if the answer is obviously no, and I don't really know where to find the name of the applicable units to test it out myself.

Hey apologies for not responding to messages for a while, I've moved on from modding Rise of Nations and wasn't planning to come back to it but if I can find some time I'll take a look and see if I can fix the script issue. As for the wonders, availability is loosely based on historical ownership around the start of the Hellenistic period so that's why the Romans don't get any of the wonders in the mod.

Can anyone else not build Wonders at all while playing as Rome? All of the wonders are grayed out regardless of age/tech. Some of them are available to build as other nations.

I'm too also having problems with the scripts and it saying its not being able to download it. So if you can fix that, or tell me if I am doing something wrong that would be great.

Apologies for the late reply, make sure that you've set the starting age as either Gunpowder, Enlightenment or Industrial and keep in mind that only the factions listed in the mod description are currently playable.

Version 0.2 is out now! My apologies to any commenters who I failed to respond to, I've been on hiatus for quite a while, but the new mod description should make it a lot clearer how to get it working properly.

I know this mod is dead, but there are unique units added to Seleucid Empire (Bantu) and Egyptians (Egyptians). I'm not sure if these factions were ever complete, but they're worth checking out.

i fixed the age up thing but mod unplayable my troops started to die did not know why attacking emeny troops attack you while cloaked so you can see them to attack

what factions are you thinking about next? the spartans would be nice, the carthaginians, and maybe the parthians! but those are only tiny suggestions! you do what you want to do and just let me tell you this Mod is totally amazing! the units the graphics! everything is just perfect Good job man!

So, @MuSHr00mpiCKI3s, I had the same problem as you: the AI is there, all good, but only builds two or three farms and scouts. You need to set Large City as well? Just confirming :)

Scratch that. I had a look on ModDB and someone said it only worked if he set the starting city to Large City.

So colour set to red, the first player and Large City.

The AI isn't working for me. It's just me and the AI, so of course I'm first on the list and I also have my colour set to red. It still doesn't do anything but scout with it's starting unit.

@Fall3N AiRBoRnE - yep it should be possible, I've done it once and it seemed to work fine

@Aesculus - As I've said above, progress has largely stopped though a few things are getting done here and there.
