You can only obtain Steampunk Mr. and Mrs. Foster by unlocking the achievements of the summer event. Once you have the characters unlocked, you can use this skin.

1. Subscribe
2. Run the game
3. Unzip the ObsidianMrandMrsFoster folder located in Steam\SteamApps\common\KillingFloor
4. Open the folder and follow the instructions in the Installation file

does mr. foster have a doctorate, because dr. foster went to gloster in a shower of rain, he steped in a pudddle right up to his middle and never went there again. he went underground, and met a fleshpound, and thought "oh f*ck what shoud i do?" he crapped his pants and went into a trance, and boom, now he's here for you.
