It's a gamemode, so select it where you see "sandbox" next to the games you mounted at the bottom of the main menu.

@obunginator its a fork on github lad, and he's actually updating it unlike datae, and adding stuff, unlike datae, and dosent force you to pay for a mod with stolen animations, unlike datae

Feels like that I am playing the Source Engine version of Mirror's Edge!
Other than that, it is nice to play the Beatrun mod, even if it is a fork. I'm also glad that there is no malware in this addon, so that means it is clean and fun to play!
