It's a setup/installer. Just run it and choose your CoH folder.

Yeah, they work. The guy who makes them updates it pretty regularly.
Just go to the download page grab whichever version you want...usually the latest.
Run the installer. It's pretty easy.

It's ok. Happy for you to mod my maps to make them into infantry only versions.
Please just reference the original map, as you have done for "Dead eye Dorf" and "Zone Rouge".

Bare in mind that there are mods for this game that have infantry only as a game setting. So individually changing maps to be infantry only isn't always necessary.
