GDSKO9 the map has ai node, but not navmesh (yes, these two things are different)

You should be able to extract it from the addon archive and decompile it. I know how to do the former, but not the latter.

This map is conflicting with gm_grandfathergalley

The issue is that both addons have the file "models/props/generated_prop.mdl", so whichever loads second will override the first.
