Victor Delacroix 7 May @ 7:10am
Does anyone know if this works in b42 or not?
DOOM 27 Jan @ 12:24pm
Zombies are spawning on the surface of the water for me, and idk why. I have teleport zombies enabled.

There are messy black blocks outside the room that cannot be covered properly

you gotta play this with the "Climb wall" mod, if you jump off a building into the water and get stuck well just climb back up and try again, honestly a absolute life saver when playing this with the whole world flooded
BazzaTheUndead 27 Oct, 2024 @ 5:44am
Anyone had a issue where the zombies are like under the water? Literally sound like they are following me a floor under when I have water goes into building settings enabled.
georgedorn 5 Oct, 2024 @ 2:47pm
I'd love an option to randomize the extent of the flooding, and for it to happen in rapid spurts instead of a steady drumbeat of moving water...
TheFrentic 6 Sep, 2024 @ 10:48am
I found the issue, also posted on the modpack I was following:
At least in the current water world version, if starting on a flooded world: water from all sides like the (modpack) description says leads to having zombies spawning on water, to avoid this, use settings to flooding from only one side, I used: Water comes from south, south water limit: 0 south starting point 10000000, south wave days: 0 water enters buildings, teleport zombies. DISABLE water from north west and east
TheFrentic 4 Sep, 2024 @ 7:07am
I've been messing with settings for a while and can't find a way around zombies spawning on water, for reference, I'm trying to start a playthrough with 6 months later custom settings with the whole map flooded, tried setting flooding from every direction, from 0 to max starting day 0 (tweaked the day later but no dice), and mostly messed around with starting and limit points, the map always starts properly flooded but there are a whole bunch of zombies in the water. I also set the mod at the top of my mod load order
anyone else had similar issues and can help?
BlackWater821 27 Aug, 2024 @ 12:47am
Is there any "guide" how to set up the starting point and water limit?
Brax 25 Aug, 2024 @ 12:30am
i'm using this mod along with aquatsar mod for being able to swim. Started with all world already flooded. I jumped from a window on first floor into the water. I cant' move from that tile. the character is stuck forever there; i'm not able to climb windows either.
Tchernobill  [author] 30 Jul, 2024 @ 4:32pm
@pesticide mukbang you can flood whatever, changing the sandbox options
ARAM Techno 30 Jul, 2024 @ 11:07am
Am I understanding the description of the mod correct; theres no way to have the water inherently flood Louisville?

THE Ricksdetrix commented here, no way. Guess he's going to be doing a video on this mod?
Mr. X 6 May, 2024 @ 5:20pm
Is Rio Grande do Sul simulator ?
Tchernobill  [author] 3 May, 2024 @ 3:28am
@CosmiicSteem The flood takes 5 days to recover the whole vanilla map except Riverside.
CosmiicSteem 2 May, 2024 @ 6:42pm
ive read the description. what does the "riverside in 5 days" setting you have in the screenshots do?
Tchernobill  [author] 1 May, 2024 @ 1:44pm
@Mereszhka ok. I intend to put the tile change mechanism into TchernoLib once it is fully tested. I'll suggest you to adapt it then when this occures.
Mereszhka 1 May, 2024 @ 1:09pm
Hi @Tchernobill, i did some changes to mod just for single testing, but im here asking for permission to upload the mod giving you credits, i just replace the water for desert tiles, to make a wild west style map, since it seems quite fun having a Mad Max gameplay <3
Tchernobill  [author] 27 Apr, 2024 @ 11:07am
@RicksdetrixSame as floor is lava, there is nothing you can do except quitting the game (not going to main menu). the save is still valid after that.
Ricksdetrix 27 Apr, 2024 @ 10:36am
I can't seem to exit the game without it crashing, is there anything I can do?
Puddings 17 Apr, 2024 @ 3:54pm
Can you include a video as an example ingame?
Tchernobill  [author] 15 Apr, 2024 @ 10:06am
@Pittaya you can do that from sandbox options.

@Sneaky_Lamp true
Pittaya 15 Apr, 2024 @ 3:43am
I read the description. First of all, I just want to say I really like the concept of flooding the map - really got me back into wanting to play the game. However, I keep freezing every time I cross a chunk (understandably so but still...) So on that note do you think instantaneously flooding the entire map by turning all ground/floor tiles into water tiles would be possible/better? (I don't know much about modding/technical aspects but I'm wondering if there's a way this can be more playable because there's definitely a lot of potential)
Sneaky_Lamp 14 Apr, 2024 @ 12:21am
You should consider a spin off of this mod, The Floor is Made of Lava...
Tchernobill  [author] 25 Mar, 2024 @ 11:10am
@Alf It would be great but the current implementation allows a huge optimisation that partial map flooding would not allow. (i.e. no memory storing). It would be possible though.
vo1dm 25 Mar, 2024 @ 4:49am
me when I don't want to set the world on fire
Davy Jones 24 Mar, 2024 @ 6:31pm
I read the description, it would be cool to have only small lakes formed in streets like there are in The last of us
AnimalExquis 24 Mar, 2024 @ 5:15am
Alpha survivor? Haha thanks, that made me laugh :D

I read the description, What do you think about making "dry world"?
Googie british gaming 22 Mar, 2024 @ 11:04pm
aquatsar compatible?
argonian 22 Mar, 2024 @ 7:55pm
Your description is freaking legendary man, great mod and great job
Blutwurst 22 Mar, 2024 @ 1:09pm
very creative, indeed. i just wonder if the water stops at some point or just flood everthing. 100% water seems pretty unplayable.
Lady Evelyn 22 Mar, 2024 @ 12:21pm
Is there a way to tune how deep the water is? It doesn't look that deep in the screenshot but I assume its more than a little flooding on the grass
Cyberburger 21 Mar, 2024 @ 9:17pm
Very creative. Can't wait to try it out!

Well I guess fishing lvl 10 finally pays off.
8hoursofsleep 20 Mar, 2024 @ 9:16am
I had this idea for some time, where the world would be just with water and you'd have to swim with the Aquatsar mechanics, or boats! I'm glad someone with the knowledge to do so did it!
General Michael 20 Mar, 2024 @ 4:50am
would be nice if you could stop water spreading in with sandbags.
Kanarek 20 Mar, 2024 @ 4:42am
This is indeed a very good idea. I really like the creativity of PZ modders. I like environmental dangers being combined with other types of difficulties to overcome (PZ has many of them already). It's somewhat a shame that vanilla PZ doesn't provide much configuration options to make the environment a proper challenge for the more hardcore audience.
