@Nisto It allows to you tie-down aircraft, which would keep it anchored to the helipad while the main vehicle is in motion.

Yall this vehicle is the Mammoth from Halo 4, its gun is incorrect to shown in the game but it is close enough.

ive been looking for more halo vahicles and i enjoy this has a helipad, i cant see from the images but i might add mag alls to the pad so i don't loose the thing.:steamthumbsup:
