Hi, thanks for the mods.
Would it be alright if I made some integration patch mods for some of your Skyrim weapons mods for Rimworld of Magic mod?
Especially, the RWOM + This mod + Dragons Descent mod..
I'm mainly making a personal mod. But if it works well, I may upload to workshop..
just integration, no duplicating..

Cool, thanks for the answer. Makes it worth the sub, if it means more variability in my high level melee.

@Tardo The Ass-Monkey Best you can get in terms of the Skyrim Weapons I released, however to answer your question, all the dragonbone weapons have a higher damage per hit compared to the monosword, but the monosword has the advantage of a higher armor penetration. The dragonbone weapons do have a high damage penetration, but the monosword has an 83% (normal) penetration, while the dragonbone greatsword has 58%. The DPS is higher on the greatsword, 15.60 vs 12.08. You do get to craft the dragonbone weapons, so there is that (granted you will need the thrumbo horn and a pawn with 18 Crafting or higher.

So, when you say these "are the best you can get", do you mean in regards to your mods, or vanilla weapons in general? Like, if I have a DB Greatsword, how will it compare to a Monosword in terms of damage and armour penetration?

@zeus57007 I am going to try for 1.4 and 1.5, but no promises for 1.4. I pretty much have 1.5 fully functional for CE and non CE for all my Skyrim packs, however, working on balancing.
zeus57007 16 Sep, 2024 @ 6:27pm
Wait, CE stuff coming soon? for 1.4, 1.5, or both? Gods, this would be amazing for both the 1.4 and 1.5 versions of the Elder Scrolls Collaboration mods

Don't worry, I'm so close to the Bow pack + CE Compatibility. It has just taken me a while to understand the CE file formatting and the arrows textures, but I am almost done! In the future it should not take nearly as long since I have gotten the hang of CE

@Vict no plans at the moment, but I'll take a look and see how difficult it would be to implement while I am adding CE compatibility.
Vict 26 Apr, 2024 @ 7:31am
Melee Animation support?

@waghhhhhhhhhhhh I do, currently I'm working on all the non-special bows and the CE update for everything, and it's taking longer than I would like it to, but it's coming along. I just need to focus lol
waghhhhhhhhhhhh 23 Apr, 2024 @ 7:35am
Do you have any plans to add Myth? For example, <Dawnbreaker>
These weapons are very very beautiful, praise you:steamthumbsup:

@thibaulu Hmm, I'll have to take a look. Thank you!
Tybo 25 Mar, 2024 @ 7:53am
Hi there - not sure if this is a mod conflict, but the weapons seem to be a bit 'squashed' visually? The dragon bone sword's length seems to be reduced in game, making it look quite strange..
Candy 21 Mar, 2024 @ 3:07pm
Good to know theres not just 7

@LZIM When I play Rimworld, my ethics change on the playthrough, so I guess that's a question for the players, but honestly that just sounds like a good idea!
LZIM 18 Mar, 2024 @ 7:34am
Out of curiosity. Given the very useful Thrumpkin mod, and existence of prehistoric Thum(x) creatures, would it be unethical to summon a Thrumpkin raid so as to obtain the needed materials to craft these edge weapons. And as per the description, would be interesting to see a Bones mod integrations where this mod uses some amount of Bone as a resource, or specifically output Bones per Race/Species for items like that Warhammer to be made from Thrum(x) Bone rather than just n amounts of Horn. Like if Bones mod could generate appropriate amounts of bone from butchering creatures by weight/mass then you'd get heaps of bone from bigger creatures like Thrumbos. And for the amounts of materials needed, can this mod have options so that 1 horn optionally outputs 2 daggers and 2 maces for example.

@Phant0m5 I will be doing Crossbows as part of the Dawnguard Pack, however, may be a while. I want to get the most popular items out first, then more niche stuff. I be doing larger packs in general, as after bows come the "Civil War Armory", which includes armors and weapons. I am however going to include all special bows (Like Auriel's bow) in a Unique weapons pack of its own, since I want to get the special affects and abilities in the game. The bow pack is going to include bows even for the weapons materials that are not out yet, as I just want to get them all out of the way. I also want to work on compatibility with Mashed's "Ashlands" mod, AKA his "MorrowRim" Series, so we will see how it all fits in with time. Nevertheless I have graduated and have a lot of free time now!
Phant0m5 17 Mar, 2024 @ 8:06pm
Bows are next? Nice! Was hoping for Carved Nordic stuff (they look cool) but bows are definitely more important for functionality and completing the sets.

Do you plan to do crossbows too? I know in the base Dawnguard DLC we only got a basic and advanced crossbow so they aren't really part of a set, but with Anniversary Edition releasing all the previous CC content they do have "official" set-tiered crossbows.
