Hi. The first line in bck_polyglot_traits_l_russian.yml is incorrect (l_english:).

finallyciv it has a little problem because the way that paradox developed this, you only gain xp for poliglot if you are completing a learning scheme

Greetings i use your big pack instead of the individual mods, but I'm seeing the individual ones get newer updates compared to the full package, should i go back to using the individual variants or should i remain with the complete pack.

Yes sir, was some years in 25 or so, the one ruler had 5 languages. No progress in the bar

Totally true!!! Especially Res Republica. Sorry to be a pain. I'm deep into a playthrough and am noticing the trait gains level for the player only. The AI does goes get the trait, but not any progression

@Mateus, I ended up integrating into my mod as I needed to roll the version back. I've updated it this way. I hope that's ok. I gave you credits. If not let me know. I can separate it again. I'm a little worried about the update, more than looking fwd to it. I'm a new modder. Never had to deal with updating files. I guess it can't be harder than compatching files though a few hundred mods :D

Since the update. The trait isn't appearing in game for me anymore. I rolled it back from local back-ups to both the June, and March versions both worked perfectly for me.

Hello, just wanted to report that due to the way the effect s set there is a lot of inconsistency on how the lifestyle perk is applied. As it was originally set,
NOT = { has_trait = polyglot lifestyle
number_of_languages_know > 1
}

Is ambiguous due to NOT not being able to handle multiple variable in a deterministic manner, applying the trait very much inconsistently. I would suggest changing it to

AND = {
NOT = {
has_trait = lifestyle_polyglot
}
num_of_known_languages > 1
}


To keep the same logic but not fall for that indeterminate trap.

there seem to be problems with multilingual education, my first ruler had the trait, then the second one who could speak 3 languages at the beginning through the mod didn't get it anymore even with 8 languages learnt.

Oddly enough it's still doing the same thing for me as far a the progression goes. All character, even those who know 3+ languages, are stuck behind the first tier.

And about the bug i had found in the error logs, but is not directly apoint my mod, so is a little hard to identify the reason.

The minimum before was 20 with four languages. So bad luck ended up influencing

Also, it seems progression for the Polyglot lifestyle is very slow. I learned 4 languages and didn't break the first level.
