[WoTC] Demolition is a Free Action

I never took demolition, as we have better options to destroy cover while dealing damage, but seeing as a free action makes it appealing. If its too OP can always edit the cooldown. But yeah, ammo's gonna be now drying faster.
Also, it works like a remote start if an enemy its behind a car or an explosive tank.

I've always taken demolition over suppression since it was a nice way to get rid of cover or blow up a vehicle they're hiding behind without using an explosive or remote start. I always saw it as giving a +20 or +40 aim bonus, depending on the cover they're behind, and +40 crit chance against that target or dealing AOE damage if they're behind a vehicle which would be more likely to hit than just trying to hit the target. yes it doesn't work on some parts of the environment, mainly actual map geometry and support structures, but you tend to pick up quite quickly on what is and isn't destructible. I've had to take mods that boost suppression just for me to even consider it over demolition, or just give me suppression as a default weapon skill that can get boosted by grenadiers if they take the skill

I never take this perk. Too many other options to use to destroy cover I guess. I'll try it!

It still requires 2 ammo and only works in cover that can be destroyed. Compared to Lightning Hands, which gives you a free shot that doesn't use ammo and is also a Sergeant skill, it's worse.
