@ Vysrix: It replaces Solitude guard armour so no, if the guards are replaced with Storkcloak guards then they will wear Stormcloak armour. However, any solitude guards still around will have the replaced equipment :)

@ S_witchrr: Sorry for the delay. This is a replacer so all guards should immediately have the new kit, not the old. If they're still in the old kit then you need to change your load order :)

Sorry if this has been asked before, cuz I'm quite far in can I just console command kill all the guards so they will Respawn with the new armour, or will they come back in default guards armor

@ [DWAR][41st]Ragnrok: Probably not, but the modding is actually realy straightforward and all the models are free to use through LOrdOfWar's packs, so I really encourage you to just go nuts with it!

Yea I resubed and it seems fine. So i have no idea. Just noticed it cuz the problem was with every guard in solitude and I hadn't had the problem before I added this. But I'm with you, I'm not as knowledgeable, but I understand enough to know that a mod like this should effect that at all. Anyway it seems to have just been a weird glitch I guess. On the bright side, I love the armies. Will you be making any more witcher armors?

@ [DWAR][41st]Ragnrok: Ooh weird. Which dialogues? Easiest thing is to say that it is a load order problem. Put this mod last and that might fix it, but it shouldn't affect dialogue at all so it's not obvious what's up...

im have a very strange problem connected to this... it seems to have bugged the dialogue option for npcs specifically in solitude... no idea why it would do that but any ideas?

@ AttendedStorm: Thanks! TBH I was running out of helmet models :P But I like that Solitude looks ceremonial, given that they think they're the 'safest' in the Civil War :)

@ Drunken_Catz: Try going to a different town (i.e. inside the town, not in the outskirts), saving, exiting and then re-opening. That might work. Again, it does clear itself up on its own after going into a few different places but I haven't figured out the pattern yet. Sorry it breaks your immersion!!
Even if i travel to somewhere else in Soldiute (like Dragon Bridge) the armour is still black

@ Drunken_Catz: It's a shader issue on the arrmour ports, combined with an issue on the normal maps due to the new textures. Why they clear up after a while I have no idea! But trust me, they do. Just go to a different area and it should be OK.
why is the armour black (i know you said it) but its black no matter how far i am away from them

@ Nuggetfucker8000: Only the guards on the Imperial side will wear this armour - if you side with the Stormcloaks and they take the city, the guards will be replaced with Vanilla stormcloak guards : )

@ Becheman: Hey! No worries. I actually got the modification to fix by traveling to another location. The loading screen seemed to fix it and I currently have no problems. Awesome modification, and thank you :steamhappy:

Upon using this modification. When I craft the "Solitude Steel Plate (armor)", the coloring disappears the further I zoom from my character. It goes from textured to black in color. Am I the only one who has this problem?

@ Imperial Covenant: Yes, that is (irritating) but intended. Think of it as the sacrifice made for having the extra protection :) If it is too annoying, there is a guard-less version available on Steam - just search for "witcher 2 plate" and you should find it.

When wearing Soltitiude armor (The all red one) I get the white cloth(?) that is supposed to cover the neck in the screen, is this intended? It also happens with the Imperial Armor.

if your a stormcloak through & through. youll be able to connect to that feeling of beheading the headman for killing the guy who opened the gate for Ulfric. but prsonally that wasnt enough vngeance for me. i wanted revenge, so b4 killing the headman i gave him Jala's head as a surpized when he got home. he was all like ''by the divines!'' then i cut his head off.

@ geminimkari: When you say "uninstall", do you mean "unsubscribe"? If so, it doesn't actually remove the data files, it just sets them to not load. Try removing anything called "Becheman_Guards..." from your Skyrim--> data file. If you started a new game, you might now need to start another new game to get the guards back into their correct outfits - the guards will have spawned with the new kit, which is why they are naked (these mods don't replace the kit, but assigns new kit). One of those things should fix your problem!

Okay I'm very sorry, but I did not like the mods that much. It's very amazing all with all the amazing hard work put into them. So now I am trying to uninstall the Guards of the Holds mods you have, but even when I uninstall them, they are still there. I've also gone into the files of my computer to cancel them out, but sadly the guards decied they wanted to walk in the nude. So it would be nice somone or anybody would help please. Again these mods were pretty cool, but in the end they just weren't my thing.
