If you are having any problems with a particular load order, please put it in the pinned discussion, "Bugs".
Although, this mod should not have any sort of issues with any mod.
It does not crash in the stable version.
Are you perhaps playing the open beta version? If so, then I can't guarantee anything.
It works for me. I have added a screenshot in the pictures above. Look into it.
Maybe if you try a new game, you may find it.
I tested it on my pc, and it worked. Just take the "Awakening of the Ancients" Ascension Perk, wait for 150-200 days, and you will awaken.
The event to awaken happens after 150 days. Did you wait for 150 days?
Or just go to console and type, "activate_ascension_perk ap_tw_white".
What are you playing as?
Machine FE, Hive FE or Standard FE?
All 3 have different Ascension Perks for Awakening. But you should be able to awaken.

this is what i mean even useing a prescripted one that you made and on vanilla it still does this the only one that doenst is the Hivemind one
The homeworld will be a ringworld only. No matter, what system_initialiser you are taking, the homeworld will be a ringworld till you play as a Fallen Empire.
Buildings are not there because vanilla Stellaris has broken ringworlds in v4.0.*. And, I am getting used to zones/buildings/districts in the new version, so until things are stable, you will have to wait for some time.
The setup complete notification has been added now for non-hivemind FE.
The ringworld will be your homeworld, because I have designed it to be so.
Take the relevant ascension perk.
Also about your suggestions, both of those mods (Fallen Empires Stronger, Awakened Fallen Empires Stronger) explicitly state not to use this mod in conjunction with them so idk about that.

You are playing as a Fallen Empire. Fallen Empires don't get new ship designs.
If are willing to create new ship designs, and willing to lose FE tier ship designs, go and visit my other mods, and install "Fallen Empires Stronger" and "Awakened Fallen Empires Stronger" and place them bottom on your modlist. That will allow you to create new ship designs.
Can now play as Hive Mind FE. For that be sure to keep your starting system as playable_last_thought_system.

You can make your custom empire spawn in the game as a fallen empire (through this mod).
Well, I am thinking of putting an option to players who don't want to play with any kind of debuff and another option for those who kinda of wanna do.
Currently, in this version, if the Player is not able to awaken himself before endgame, then before endgame approaches, they get 5-6 ascension perks (so that they can awaken using those APs).
Also, since Hive Mind FEs are also coming, I may have to flesh out the mod a bit more.

I wouldn't remove the debuffs either- an FE should have a good amount of trouble reawakening but it shouldn't feel impossible (at least that's how it feels to me). Just a reduction in how bad those debuffs are may be the way forward, just to take the pressure off a little.
Yep, I do think the buffs are too much.
One or two versions ago, the FE's had permanent immunity towards piracy, empire splitting off etc. But now something changed, and I can't figure out how. I will reduce/remove the debuffs as the next update (Stellaris 4.0) rolls out.

I would like to see some reductions to the debuffs to make the early game a bit more realistic. This is a fallen empire that is trying to reawaken, not some civilization on the edge of apocalypse.
Other things I've seen: Many early technologies can still be researched. Spelling/grammatical errors.
If that's the case I would have to check once again.
