I found out what was causing the problem
Mod named 'UI Enhancement'
It's working now that i placed this mod above UI Enhancement

All your other fire patches i have tried are working, only this one has this issue
i'm also using many classes but no reworks

This mod doesn't seem to remove Disorienting Blast properly, as it can show up on the bottom of the Guild menu.
