To add to the previous comment, Down B can be used to stall in the air, and the hitbox is bigger than the visuals.

The hitboxes are weirdly delayed, and on many attacks he just kinda looks like he's floating, due to the sprites being slightly higher than they should. Having multiple Ultras is pretty cool and the sound effects are really nice, though.
