Согласен, сделать рабочий нож, а тем более топор, из палки и камня, реально трудно и требует немалый опыт, но разжечь собрать костёр из пары досок и разжечь его с помощью книги и спичек, сможет кажется любой житель мегаполиса=)

it would be usefull if you add a trait tom compensate or add to someone like Former Scout and Hiker, that should be fine to me, better than a new trait in this specific case
