Basically everytime I use a bomb it drops perfection but It doesn't go away from my trinket slot, it is basically duplicating it. Even I have bombs and not using the special ability of blood bombs that allows you to use your health to place a bomb. This is very weird, maybe it is a combination of blank bombs, blood bombs and the mod. I dunno for sure though.

I am currently having a run with tainted Cain. I obtained blood-bombs as my first item and got perfection on the 4th floor. For some reason everytime I place a bomb it spawns the catchable perfection, I currently have 3 smelted perfection because I had gulp pills on the run. Can someone check if it is just blood bombs on it's own? Because I also have blank bombs from "The restored collection" by Team Complicate.

I only ever seem to lose Perfection to dumb shit like that horrible angel room with a blue fire ONE space from the door, so this is better than just using console.

this is really funny and doesn't seem like it'd be too broken, considering it's pretty easy to miss the perfection flying away in the chaos of the game
