Btw, the error only shows when creating a new world for the first time.

Here's all the info I could get:
The error comes from the mod ModSpotlight Discovery v3
It is logged in C:\Users\Username\Zomboid\console.txt
Starting at the line 19002 and ending at the line 19025.
Here's the first lines so you can find it easily:

can you use error magnifier to tell me the line and file?

Hey! I was testing it and seems like the required mod ModSpotlight v3 shows a red Error notification when starting a new game.
The mod still works perfectly fine, but I just wanted to let you know about it.

its like this is v1.0 of what i want to achieve, and modspotlight (beta) is v0.3

some relevant, stable, changes from modspotlight will be integrated by this
