found the surce of the problem. your renderconfig.ini is referencing MATERIAL final.mtl
but there i no such file in the folder. the only building working is the 1st the old general storage.
i copied that final mtl into folder 11, which is is the food factory and its working. when you buiild it first and then the other buildings without fixing the missing data its actually working which is super strange :)

i finished building it its alternating between 3 textures depending on distance/angle.

old brewerys v2 texture is flickering when building.
