Are Sun Steeds intended to have 14MM base? Combined with armor penalties this makes them slower than the destriers the cuirassiers ride. Are blazing glories supposed to be difficult to summon? There is no native access to F3S1 without 10% randoms on a cap-only slow-rec. I otherwise like the nation.
