1. Server's enforcing consistency. This issue will boot you out of the lobby telling you what error it is. To fix it type "sv_consistency 0" in console. The host has to type this in before starting a local game.
2. It might be because the user has custom server content enabled in multiplayer options. This causes the loading bar to become blank when joining. To fix it go to options>multiplayer> allow custom server content and set it to none. Every player that joins this local game must have it set to none.
If none of these help, I really don't know how else to help. These aren't the types of mods to cause a big ol' red error sign to appear in-game. Only the Tanks have custom scripts for medkit drops (oh and also the Jockey but that one's a secret shhhh plus it's also super rare, like, winning the lottery type of rare)
there's so many SI skins specifically that just cannot be used and I'm unsure as to why. they're great to use if you're a user just connecting to someone else but if you're running a local server, forget it lol everyone's gonna complain they see errors running around.
I'm probably not gonna edit any models that I've already released, cuz I don't want them to look too bulky. Survivors are probably the hardest for me to do since I have to make them seem prepared but still balance it out and make it vanilla-friendly
Rochelle: I know you already finished her, but one thing that I think would make for a good addition is one of those photographer/Cargo vests. She could of easily nabbed one from the news station. Not sure how well it could work, but maybe recoloring Beta Bill's vest could work? Not too familiar with how editing works so I could be WAY off there.
(apologies for three separate comments. Steams character limit.)
Coach: Solid all around. Nothing I can really add here, aside from maybe elbow pads.
Ellis: Again, solid all around. My only idea would be something like a welding mask, which he would have had easy access to due to his mechanic background.
Bill: Maybe he could have some old 'Nam era webbing? Or a flak jacket? Stuff he could of saved from the war. Honestly, his beta version is a perfect thing to base it off of.
Francis: Some knee & elbow pads, maybe a motorcycle helmet too. Adding some pouches (akin to his concept art seen on the Wiki) would work too. I would say give him a bandolier too, but since you already did that with Coach its fair if you wouldn't want to.
If you need ideas for the other survivors, I got tons.
